How to order?

Fill in the order form located at the bottom of the collection page.
FYI: Members ≠ Mailing listees (Refer to below)
An automatically-generated acknowledgement email will be sent to the indicated email immediately.
An official invoice will be sent to you within 2 working days if item is still available.

DO NOT make payment prior to the receipt of Official Invoice.

Shipping/Delivery information

All packages are despatched by the Singapore Post Office.

Normal Mail
$1.00 for 1 item
Subsequent item, additional $0.50
Example: 2 items via normal postage $1.00 + $0.50 = $1.50

Normal mails will usually arrive within 2 to 3 working days from day of despatch.

Registered Mail
$3.50 for 1 item.
Subsequent item, additional $0.50       
Example: 2 items via registered postage $3.50 + $0.50 = $4.00     

Registered mails will usually arrive within 2 to 3 working day from day of despatch. 
Customers are encourage to opt for registered postage.
Once your order has been processed and despatched, you may track your registered article number (RA#) in our website.

Do we do interbank transfers?

We offer 2 bank accounts for transfers:
DBS Savings Plus 070-0-009018
UOB Savings 355-383-072-7.

Exchange/refund policy

Defective items or error in items sent:
Please email myclosetdelights@gmail.com and mail the item back to us within 7 working days
An immediate exchange will be done once package is received. (return postage fees borne by the customers)
In the case where all pieces for the item are sold/we’re unable to do an exchange, a refund will be made.  

*Item must be in a original unworn and unwashed state to be acknowledged.

Colour discrepancies:
Slight colour difference to actual shade shown in pictures is NOT considered a defect.
No exchanges/refunds will be made

Measurement discrepancies
All measurements stated are approximated and hence there might be slight differences in measurements by 0.5 to 1 inch due to mass production.
No exchanges/refunds will be made.

Third Party defectives/discrepancies
Defective items bought from third party avenues (e.g: livejournal communities, forums, etc.) will not be liable to our responsibility.
No exchanges/refunds will be made.

Is being in the mailing list equivalent to being a member?

No.

How do we become members?

By spending more than $50 in a single receipt.
Your member id and password will be mailed to you after the transaction is completed.
FYI: Member benefits applicable only on subsequent purchases.

What are the perks of being a member?

Member discounts
$2 off all regular-priced items except for tank tops

Reward points : 1 point per piece purchased.
